Brittany Keno is an accomplished nonprofit and workforce development leader with more than 18 years of experience helping individuals, families, and communities access opportunities that lead to long-term success. Throughout her career, she has led programs focused on workforce development, education, economic mobility, leadership development, and community engagement, impacting hundreds of individuals across Indianapolis and beyond.
As the Founder of Skill Start, Brittany combines her passion for people with her expertise in program design, strategic partnerships, organizational leadership, and talent development. She believes that access to education, skills, and opportunity can transform lives and strengthen communities.
Brittany holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and has built a reputation for creating innovative solutions that connect people to careers, leadership opportunities, and pathways to self-sufficiency. Her work has included developing workforce training programs, leading community initiatives, building partnerships with employers and educational institutions, and helping organizations strengthen their impact.
